Sir Mark Prescott Heath House Stables

Sir Mark Prescott has been training from the historic stables since 1970, sending out nearly 2000 winners since that date. The website provides information on the history of the stables, together with all the latest news.

The web site provides background information on Sir Mark and his business partner William Butler, who has been his assistant since the early part of the century and the rest of the training team. It also includes details of the horses they have in training.

Sir Mark sets a strict limit of training no more than 65 horses each year, as he believes that allows him to provide the required attention, to each of the horses and owners.

Heath House stables is a 50 box yard with two horse walkers, a treadmill, horse swimming pool, solarium facilities, practice starting stalls and an indoor ride area.

They have direct access to the Newmarket training grounds, which provides 2,500 acres maintained by The Jockey Club that includes 50 miles of grass gallops and 14 miles of all weather tracks.
