Raceclubs Support

The Raceclubs web site offers a great level of help and support.

Help

If you've got a general question about playing the game, it's most likely you'll find the answer in the help section of the Raceclubs site. Select "Help" on the left-hand menu and select the topic you require:

General Help - Includes information on each of the left-hand menu options (New Members, Buy a Horse, My Stable, Races, My Account and Auctions)

FAQ - Gives you answers to the most frequently asked questions

Glossary - Provides an A-Z index of terms used on the Raceclubs site

How To Play - Gives you a guide to all aspects of virtual horse racing, which you can either view online or download as a word document.

Forum

If you are unable to find the answer to your question within the help section, try one of their online forums.

Select "Forums" from the "Race Post" option on the left-hand menu.

Chances are someone will have already asked your question, so try searching through previous posts. You'll find a lot of useful information in the "Owners Chat Room".

If you still can't find an answer to your question, don't be afraid to post a message. Other Raceclubs owners are very helpful and you'll usually get a response from someone.

Contact Raceclubs

There maybe occasions when you need to actually contact Raceclubs. For example we had a problem when making a payment from our Neteller account.

Click on the "contact Us" button in the top right-hand corner of the Raceclubs web site.

They provide a form for you to submit your question online, but we found things got sorted quicker by giving them a call. They provide toll free numbers for the UK and USA, so if you live in either of these countries you're best off calling them.

The support staff were friendly and very helpful. We spoke to Claudio about our Neteller problem. He wasn't able to fix it while we were on the phone, but sorted it within 10 minutes and called us back to say the money had been credited to our account.
