owners are very helpful and you'll usually get a response from someone.
There may be occasions when you need to actually contact Raceclubs. For
example we had a problem when making a payment from our Neteller account.
Select "Contact Us" from the Help option on the top menu.
They provide a form for you to submit your question online, but we found
things got sorted quicker by giving them a call. They provide toll free
numbers for the UK and USA, so if you live in either of these countries
you're best off calling them.
The support staff were friendly and very helpful. We spoke to Claudio
about our Neteller problem. He wasn't able to fix it while we were on
the phone, but sorted it within 10 minutes and called us back to say the
money had been credited to our account.
